SPEAC (Substance Prevention Education & Action Coalition) is an organized coalition created to assist the Forest Lake and surrounding community to increase positive life choices as it relates to alcohol or substance use in the Forest Lake School District.

The coalition is funded by Minnesota Department of Human Services Behavior Health Division through a Positive Community Norms grant.

The coalition is designed to highlight scientifically proven, positive narratives through campaigns, events and community involvement.   There is an adult coalition (SPEAC) with student representation and a student group called RISE (Rangers Impact Student Experience).

If you believe you can make a difference, then you will make a difference. Believe in yourself, your family and your community and you will win
